Our guides cover choosing and changing doctors, Medical Provider Networks, treatment approvals through Utilization Review and Independent Medical Review, medical evaluations such as QME and AME exams, patient rights, red flags, and important deadlines. Everything is written in plain language, in both English and Spanish.

This guide is for California workers who have been hurt on the job, and for their families. Despite our name, we are not a doctor, clinic, or medical provider, and we are not a law firm or a lawyer referral service.
